Dr. Damir Kralj

Dr. Damir Kralj studied electrical engineering at the University of Ulm and afterwards industrial engineering at the University of Stuttgart. He graduated as PhD at the department of Controlling at the University of Stuttgart. Damir was Project Manager at Horváth & Partners Management Consultants with several international project assignments in automotive companies. 2008 he was called up to join Mercedes-AMG to build up the new business segment “Performance Studio”. Afterwards he was assigned to the Customer Service Business of Mercedes-Benz AG where he was responsible for the global Parts Pricing for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars. Since 2020 he is Head of Market Management NAFTA and Business Performance Management for Customer Services.
