- Systematic review of the documented process
- Use checklist with optimization approaches
- Document identified improvement areas in MS Excel
Exercise: Identify improvement areas in the process.
13:15 – 14:15 | Lunch Break
14:15 – 15:45 |Target Process with Automation & AI
- Design the target (future-state) process in MS Excel
- Define organizational and service-level improvements
- Integrate automation and AI solutions (quick wins & mid-term initiatives)

16:00 – 17:30 | Plan the implementation
- Define concrete implementation measures
- Align responsibilities and timelines

Dr. Markus Brenner has many years of experience as Head of Process and Enterprise Automation at Horváth. For more than 25 years, he has supported companies in the introduction and further development of process management approaches and the integration of processes into corporate management. He is also a lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management on the topic of digitalization in the CFO area.
